Pulse

Pulse is the first screen of your dashboard. It tells you, in one sentence, how your support is doing, then shows six cards, one for each dimension of your support. Every card opens into a drawer, and every number with tickets behind it opens down to those tickets.

Open Pulse

Select Pulse in the sidebar, or the Razviel logo at the top of it. Pulse is also the screen you land on when you sign in.

The top of the screen

  • The status line says, in one sentence, where your support stands. On your first visit of the day, it greets you by name instead.
  • The period filter. Choose Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, Last month, All time, or a custom range.
  • The owner filter. Choose All, Razviel or Brand to see everything, only what Razviel handled, or only what your own team handled.
  • Ask Razviel. Ask a question about your operation in plain language. See Ask Razviel.

The six cards

  1. Money — the value your support generated.
  2. Support Control — how much was handled without your team.
  3. Customer Experience — how satisfied your customers were, and how fast they were answered.
  4. Human Layer — the work of the Human Nodes on your brand.
  5. Razviel AI Engine — the AI that runs your support.
  6. Plan & Capacity — how much of your plan you have used. See Your AI resolution allowance.

Each card shows one main figure, a line of context and a few indicators.

Open a card

Select a card to open its drawer. Each drawer has three sections, and each section groups its figures:

  • Money: Protected Revenue, Generated Revenue, and Efficiency & Summary.
  • Support Control: Resolution Engine, Brand Pipeline, and Operational Impact.
  • Customer Experience: Speed & Responsiveness, Quality, and Sentiment & Loyalty. Some figures open a breakdown by channel.
  • Human Layer: Quality & Performance, Speed & Efficiency, and Revenue-Critical Work.
  • Razviel AI Engine: AI Engine Performance, Infrastructure Scale, and Live Operations.
  • Plan & Capacity: Usage Limits, Billing Health, and Plan Details.

The drawer follows the period and owner you chose, and updates if you change them while it is open. Close it with the close button, by selecting outside it, or with Esc.

From a figure to its tickets

A figure that counts or adds up tickets opens the list of those tickets when you select it. Rates, averages and other calculated figures do not, because they are made from other figures. The figures of Razviel AI Engine and Plan & Capacity are for reading only. See From a number to the ticket.

Before your operation starts, and while it is paused

  • Before your operation starts, Pulse keeps the same cards and drawers, with every figure at zero or a dash. You see what you will have, and nothing claims you already have it.
  • While your account is frozen, the cards keep the figures from when your operation stopped, and they do not open.

If Razviel cannot reach your Shopify or Gorgias, the top of Pulse tells you and points you to Settings.

FAQ

Why can't I open some figures?

A figure opens its tickets only when it counts or adds them up. A rate is a ratio between other figures, and a figure at zero has no tickets behind it.

Does the owner filter change what counts against my plan?

No. It only changes what you are looking at. Your plan counts the tickets the AI resolved on its own.
