The Sandbox exam

The Sandbox exam is the last step of platform certification. It runs in the real Console, with simulated tickets, and you resolve them exactly as you would resolve a real one. Passing it completes Settings and opens the Pool.

How the exam works

The Sandbox opens when you clear the last step of your training with Aria. See Training with Aria.

• It is the real Console. The interface is the one you use on every module, with simulated data.
• The AI plays the customer. The tickets come from a fictional store, not from any real brand, and follow the main situations a Human Node meets.
• The flow is the real one. The AI tries to resolve each ticket first, then hands it to you with the transcript and its context, as it does in production.
• Nothing real happens. The Sandbox is separated from production. No action you take reaches a real store, customer or helpdesk.

The passing mark

• 10 tickets.
• 60 minutes.
• 7 of 10 resolved correctly to pass.

Each ticket is checked against the actions accepted for that case. The grades are S for 10, A for 9, B for 8, C for 7, and F below 7.

If you do not pass

Select Restart Sandbox and take the exam again.

When you pass

Once your clearance cards are complete and you pass the exam, Settings is complete. You return to the Overview, with the message Setup Complete! Welcome to the Razviel Platform., and the Pool opens. See The Pool.
