Disclosure
Every time you promote Razviel, you disclose that you have a material connection to it: you may be paid a Commission when a brand subscribes through your Referral Identifier. The disclosure is mandatory.
What the disclosure must be
The disclosure follows the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 C.F.R. Part 255), and any equivalent law that applies to you or your audience. It must be:
- clear and conspicuous, and impossible to miss;
- in every promotion, not only in some;
- in the same medium and language as the promotion;
- placed where the reader or viewer sees it before acting.
What you say alongside it
Every statement you make about Razviel must be true, current and not misleading, and must come from Razviel's own published materials, its Services Agreement and its documentation. That covers functionality, availability, performance, results, security, pricing, roadmap and compliance.
Statements of your own opinion and experience are permitted, as long as they are true, clearly yours, and not presented as a commitment of Razviel. Testimonials must reflect genuine experience. Never fabricate results, metrics, endorsements or reviews.
Your own compliance
You are responsible for complying with the advertising, consumer-protection, privacy and data-protection law that applies to you and your audience. Razviel gives no legal, tax or compliance advice.
What happens without it
Failing to disclose is cause for suspension or termination of your participation. You are also responsible for any claim that arises from your promotional content, including a failure to disclose.
FAQ
Is a disclosure in my profile or bio enough?
The disclosure must be in every promotion, in the same medium, and placed where people see it before they act. A mention elsewhere does not replace it.
