Certification validity

A brand certification stays valid for 1 month after your last interaction with that brand. Your platform certification does not expire.

What expires, and what does not

  • Platform certification — done once in Settings. It never expires.
  • Brand certification — one per brand. It expires 1 month after your last interaction with that brand.
  • The Master Agreement — signed once. It does not expire.

The clock counts from your last interaction with the brand, not from the day you certified and not from the day you left. What expires is your knowledge of the brand, and it ages when you stop using it.

Where you see it

The Company tab lists every brand you certified on, each with its status:

  • Completed — the certification is valid. You can revisit its material: the Brand Intel slides and the brand's Sandbox.
  • Expired — the certification is no longer valid.

You can hold valid certifications on several brands at the same time, and each one expires on its own.

When a certification expires

To serve that brand again, you certify on it again, through the same three stages. See Brand certification.

An expired certification also ends the reason to keep your video pitch for that brand. See The Brand Intelligence Video Pitch.

Extra modules

An extra module at a brand needs a valid certification on that brand. If yours is valid, you skip the certification when you accept the module. If it has expired or you never had one, you certify when you accept. See Extra modules.
