If a payment fails
Your plan renews automatically on the card on file. If a renewal charge does not go through, Razviel keeps trying to collect it, and the fastest way back is to update your card. This article covers what an unpaid invoice changes for your account and for your Human Nodes.
Fix it: update your card
- Open Billing from the account menu.
- On Payment Method, select the edit button and enter a valid card.
- Return to your dashboard.
When you return with an invoice still open, Razviel tries to charge the new card right away. As soon as the invoice is paid, your operation runs again. A new card on file is not a payment by itself: what resumes the operation is the paid invoice.
What an unpaid invoice stops, and when
An unpaid invoice pauses your operation in two stages, one after the other. Both count from the end of the billing period the payment was due for, not from any single retry, so a retry that goes through does not move the dates. Paying the invoice at any point ends this.
1 day of grace, with the AI frozen
For one day the AI answers nothing new. Your tickets keep being captured and classified, so your dashboards stay complete and nothing is lost while you fix the card. Your account shows the failed payment and what to do about it. Your Human Nodes are not touched during this day: nothing about your coverage changes.
Then 5 days of standby for your Human Nodes
After the day of grace, the Human Nodes allocated to your brand go on standby. They stay allocated to your brand, and your coverage shows the state. Pay within these 5 days and the same Human Nodes continue with you.
At the end of the 5 days, the allocation ends
The positions return to the Pool. You can still come back whenever you want, and new Human Nodes are then prepared and certified on your brand. See Reactivate your account.
The Services Agreement, published at Terms of Service, sets out when the Services may be suspended for non-payment. A suspension does not cancel what is owed.
What a paused account looks like
- Your account shows Paused, and the status text says the payment failed, so you know the card is what needs fixing.
- Your tickets keep being captured and classified, so your dashboards stay complete.
- Your dashboards keep your numbers visible, at rest. The cards do not open until the account resumes.
Your history, configuration and Charter are kept, whether you pay within the window or come back later.
FAQ
Do I lose my data if a payment fails?
No. Your history stays in your account and in your dashboards, and your configuration is kept.
Do I keep the same Human Nodes?
Yes, if the invoice is paid within the day of grace or the 5 days of standby that follow it. After that, a new team is prepared when you come back.
Where do I see what the contract says about non-payment?
In the Services Agreement, published at Terms of Service.
