Serving a brand in trial

A brand can be inside its own 14-day free trial when you start serving it. The trial belongs to the brand, never to you. Your modules for that brand are worth the same as any other module; what changes is that they are paid when the brand converts to a paid plan.

You are never on trial

There is no trial, probation or evaluation period for a Human Node. Your level, your freedom to confirm or decline and the value of your modules are the same whether or not the brand is in its trial.

How your modules are paid

  • The brand converts. The modules you delivered during its trial enter the normal flow and are paid the following week, like any module.
  • The brand does not convert. No fee is due for the modules delivered during its trial. Razviel does not invoice the brand for that period either. Your other earnings are not affected.
  • You leave before the brand converts. The modules you already delivered stay payable when the brand converts, even though you no longer serve it.

If several Human Nodes serve the same brand during its trial, each is paid for the modules they delivered once the brand converts.

Until then, Earnings shows the modules you delivered and their value as a projection, marked Unlocks when the brand converts.

Where you see it

  • In the Pool, a brand in its trial shows a trial badge on its card.
  • Before you accept the brand, the notice states that it is in its trial, which day of the trial it is on, when your modules would be paid, and that they are paid only if it converts.
  • In Coverage, a banner reads Brand in trial, with the days left.

What stays the same

You confirm or decline each module yourself, as always. A module is never confirmed for you, and declining at least 48 hours ahead is free. See Confirm or decline modules.

The one stricter rule

At a brand in its trial, a module you confirmed and did not deliver ends your position with the brand and your platform access the first time. Outside a trial, that happens only at the second occurrence in the same month. You are told this before you accept the brand. What you already delivered stays payable on the same condition.

Declining a module in time is not a non-delivery, and it has no effect.

FAQ
