The setup path

Setup happens in one place: Settings, in the account menu of your dashboard. It follows three steps shown at the top of the screen — Integrations, AI Setup and Traffic Allocation — and ends with your plan. Each step unlocks the next.

1. Connect your integrations

The Core Stack panel lists four integrations, all required: Shopify, Gorgias, Tracking Portal and Returns Portal. The counter goes from 0/4 to All Systems Go when the four are connected.

2. Set up your AI with Aria

The Aria card unlocks when the four integrations are connected. Click Start AI Setup to open the conversation. Aria asks how your store works and builds your Charter from your answers. The Setup Progress panel on the right shows how far the conversation has gone. See Set up your policy with Aria.

At 100%, five cards unlock:

• Charter — your policy, written in plain language.
• Cast — the AI agents who answer for your brand. See Cast.
• Policy Gate — every rule and limit in your policy, case by case.
• Voice — how your AI sounds, right and wrong.
• Simulator — how the AI handles your cases, before anyone sees it. See The Simulator.

3. Set your traffic allocation

The Traffic Allocation sliders, below the Aria card, unlock when the AI setup is complete. Set how much of each channel reaches Razviel. See Channel routing.

4. Choose a plan and start the trial

The plan card offers Core and Custom. A free trial always runs on Core: Custom capacity opens after your first payment. Live trials are by application: the first time you choose to start the trial, you apply, and the trial opens for Shopify Plus stores, the only stores Razviel accepts, once Razviel accepts your application.

When checkout completes, the screen shows Your operation is live. Razviel then prepares your Human Node. The 14-day trial starts when that Human Node arrives on your brand, not when you subscribe. See Your first days.

After setup

Settings stays as the place where you manage your configuration. The Aria card changes to Review AI Setup, and the plan card becomes Plan & Capacity. You come back here to switch on a new Skill, change a limit, review your Charter or open Preview again.
