Leave a brand

You can leave the brand you serve whenever you decide to, without giving a reason. You do it with End Engagement, in Coverage. For 2 hours after you choose it, you can undo it, and nothing will have changed.

End your engagement

1. Open Coverage. End Engagement is available from 17:00 to midnight.
2. Select End Engagement and confirm. You are never asked for a reason.
3. The Reversal Window opens: for the next 2 hours, you can undo your decision, and your engagement continues as if nothing had happened.
4. When the 2 hours pass, your decision is final, and your position opens for another Human Node in the Pool.

You cannot leave in the middle of an active module. Finish it first.

After you leave

• Your earnings. Every module you delivered is paid on the normal cycle.
• The Pool. It is open to you again, to choose another brand. See The Pool.
• Your certification on the brand stays valid until 1 month after your last interaction with it. See Certification validity.
• No record follows you. No history of exits is visible to other brands, and your XP and level do not change.

Leaving is not missing

Ending an engagement is a normal exit. It is never counted as a module not delivered. See Missing a module.

When you cannot leave

While the brand you serve is on standby, you cannot release yourself before the standby ends. After the 5th day you are released automatically. See Brand standby.
