Accept the Agreement and Terms

Once you are approved, you accept two documents before your referral code, link and stats unlock: the Affiliate Program Agreement and the Affiliate Program Terms.

The two documents

• The Affiliate Program Agreement governs the legal relationship between you and Razviel.
• The Affiliate Program Terms publish the values the Agreement refers to: the rate, attribution, maturation, payout cadence, minimum payout, payout rail and promotional guidelines.

The Terms are part of the Agreement by reference. Where the two conflict, the Agreement controls. The English version of the Agreement is the one that controls.

Accept them

1. Open Affiliate Program from the account menu.
2. On Join the Razviel Affiliate Program, review the summary: Commission, Payouts, Minimum payout and Participation.
3. Open Read the full Affiliate Program Agreement and Read the Program Terms.
4. Check the acceptance box. It starts unchecked.
5. Select Accept & Join. The button stays disabled until the box is checked.

Your referral code, link and stats appear after you accept. The acceptance screen is shown again if your acceptance is missing, however you reach the tab.

What is recorded

For each acceptance, Razviel records the user who accepted, the IP address, the time, the version of each document and a hash of the accepted text. That record is the evidence of your acceptance, and it has the same effect as a handwritten signature.

Continuing to take part is not acceptance. The checked box is.

When the documents change

Razviel may change the Program and the Terms prospectively. A change applies to referrals attributed and revenue received from its effective date.

A material change to the Agreement, including to the Commission rate or structure, comes with at least 30 days' notice and needs your active acceptance in the product for you to keep accruing Commissions. If you do not accept, you stop accruing from the effective date. Commissions already accrued on revenue already received remain payable under the terms then in force, to an affiliate in Good Standing.
