System status

The current state of Razviel and of the platforms it runs on is on the Platform status page. Each row is read live when you open the page, and shows where it was read from and when.

What the page shows

• Razviel's own surfaces — this website, the Console where Human Nodes work, and the dashboard where your team works.
• The platforms Razviel runs on — Shopify and Gorgias, which are your brand's own store and helpdesk, and the providers behind hosting and subscription billing.

A row that cannot be read says so, with the reason. Nothing shows as working by default.

When something is not working

• Your store or your helpdesk. If Shopify or Gorgias reports a problem, the row shows it, with a link to that platform's own status page.
• Your dashboard. If something in your dashboard does not work as expected, see Getting help in the dashboard.
