Ways into the Program

Participation in the Program is by approval only. There are three routes in: one for agencies, one for creators, and one for existing Razviel customers. Agencies and creators apply when they sign up to Razviel, and existing customers qualify through their paid months.

The agency and creator routes

Razviel is by application only. When you create your Razviel account, you choose how you will use Razviel and answer a short application.

1. Create your Razviel account. You do not need a store or a workspace.
2. On How will you use Razviel?, choose Agency Partner or Creator Partner.
3. Answer the questions for your account type, and send your application.

Every application is read by the team. When yours is accepted, Razviel emails you, and you are approved for the Program at the same time: the Affiliate Program tab opens, and you go on to Accept the Agreement and Terms.

The agency route

For an agency that puts brands on Razviel. The application asks about your agency, the Shopify Plus stores you work with, and the clients you would bring first.

The creator route

For someone with an audience of ecommerce operators. The application asks where your audience is, how large it is, and who follows you.

The customer route

For an account that already pays for Razviel. It opens automatically after 3 consecutive paid months.

• The months are counted from your first paid invoice. The free trial has no invoice, so it does not count.
• A canceled subscription breaks the run.
• The count is per account, not per store. An account with several stores qualifies as soon as one of them completes the run.

While the months close, the Affiliate Program tab shows how many of the 3 are complete and the date the Program opens.

Approval

Razviel approves each applicant at its sole discretion, and may refuse an application without stating a reason. Creating an account or sending an application does not by itself create participation.

Who can take part

To take part and to stay in Good Standing, you must:

• be a business, or an individual acting on your own account, of legal age and contracting for commercial purposes;
• be able to receive payment through the payout rail Razviel designates, in a jurisdiction it supports;
• supply and keep current your tax documentation;
• comply with the Agreement, the Program Terms and the law;
• not be a competitor of Razviel, or act for one, unless Razviel agrees in writing.

The information you give when you enroll must be true and current. Razviel may verify it, and may hold participation while a verification is pending.
